General terms and conditions

§ 1 General information

The use of the services of Ira Wolff (Provider) is reserved exclusively for adults with unrestricted legal capacity. The customer declares that he/she accepts the Provider’s services at his/her own risk and that he/she is aware that the Provider renders paid-for services the basis and effects of which are not always proven in accordance with current publicly available scientific or technological standards. The customer declares that he/she is aware that the paid-for services of the Provider may correspond only to an individual conviction, the belief of a minority or an irrational world view of the customer and the Provider or its employees that is not comprehensible to third parties.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The fee is due in advance by bank transfer. With payment of the fee, the contract comes into effect and the customer declares to have read and accepted the terms and conditions.

§ 3 The service

After receipt of payment the service becomes due from Ira Wolff. The service will be started immediately after receipt of payment. Ira Wolff gives no guarantee of success. The fee is due exclusively for the service. Ira Wolff is not a medical doctor or faith healer. She offers no prospect of cure, provides no diagnosis and prescribes no medicines. Her service is not intended to replace any medical treatment

§ 4 Duration of the work

The duration of the work is agreed individually and cannot be terminated prematurely. Once the work has begun it must, in the interests of the customer, be completed.
